By 1932 it was too late to start Hitler’s full assumption of power. That is what is at play here and now. Obama works towards that. Hope and change.

Yet, even now many think that’s paranoia. To make such comparisons. History doesn’t provide perfect repeats. Only approximations may be made. Hitler was elected to office and made the most of it. Likewise does Obama. They only stretched the law to their way, day after day. They followed, did the Germans then, the same perfect logic of process as did the US Court did in Dred Scott. As do the courts in regard to challenges to Obama’s legitimacy to hold the office of President.

Obama and his campaign organizations, the OFA, the Acorns-relabled, the SEIU and the teachers unions, the cohort of Marxist academics, Code Pinks and more a variety than Hitler’s Brownshirts — but in many ways they are parallel. Their methods of their time, but really so close in function and form.

On one hand we have parallels to the situation in the wake of Dredd Scott, in others to Germany of 1930 or so. Again, history never repeats the same thing, but it does cycle through the events of man in similar ways and time frames.

These are very dangerous times. The Supreme Court, or any court, do none any good by their continued willful ignorance of the cries of many that Obama is not legit, that he is a fraud. That ANYONE can call these complaints “fringe” is only a measure of how divorced the elites and those who so claim that we are “fringe” (clearly most elites are so claiming) are from the majority of Americans of all backgrounds, and even from Truth.

If this freeper has purchased this copy of this 1787 edition of the Law of Nations printed in New York, I sure hope he has deep pockets. The edition at the LoC is not the same as this one:

It seems to me that ‘We the People’ have lost contact with the offices of our government. The office of POTUSA is for sure corrupted by deceit, lack of open information, and enabled subterfuge by shadowy and unknown people. Every person of the Congress is direlect in its/their sworn oath to defend and protect the Constitution for millions of reasonable and patriotic citizens who ask for honest government explanations as to Obama’s eligibility for POTUSA. The Supreme Court justices are even less of character than the other offices and officials in that it/they have shut out any means to debate on the question(s) of eligibility that might extend to Obama. At this point I believe we ‘birthers’ need to search for and expose every bit of history as to Obama. His 2006 statement of being more a child of Indonesia than Kenya, Mrs. Obama’s statement around 2008 that Kenya was Obama’s home country, Obama’s involvement with a relative in Kenyan politics, these and and all other indicators need to be spread far and wide. Place billboards across the country asking if these august offices and officials know these facts or are they denying these to the citizens. It is time for grass roots exposure and to make the direlect people in Washington face up to the travesty they have generated aggainst OUR Constitution and history.

Luke White is the author of the Dublin editions in 1787 and 1792.

There is much confusion as to which American Edition was printed first. Many sources cite Samuel Campbell's 1796 edition called The law of nations; or priciples of the law of nature; applied to the conduct of affairs of nations and sovereigns...1st American Edition, Corrected and Revised from the Latest London Edition from the French.

However, this is not true. The first edition was Messyrs, Berry, and Rogers in 1787. It can be found in the Library of Congress and is an extremely rare edition. I have attempted to receive facimiles from various libraries around the nation and the world. Each time I get a different copy, one from White, another from Campbell, some even from Chitty. It is clear the libraries do not understand the nuances of the different editions.

I spend most of the year in a beach hut in the Pacific Islands...cannot take a trip to the library in DC.

There must be a freeper in the DC area who could visit the library where the 1787 New York edition is located.

It would be very nice for someone to take a day out of their busy schedule to obtain a copy of it from the Library of Congress. I am still having issues tracking down Pomroy’s 1805 edition. This one appears just as elusive.

I think you are right about the Supreme Court and also the DOJ pursuing a criminal complaint. The Court took a lot of abuse after the 2000 elections. The Pubs on the Senate Judiciary can be blamed a lot for us getting Obama.

The Pubs signed HR 511 which said McCain was eligible, but it also said others not considered eligible in the past actually were (added by Obama and McCaskill). That is a lie, but Pubs signed off on it and it set an illegal precedent. They don’t want voters to know they were so eager to run McCain that they violated the Constitution and let the Dems do the same. The Pubs, McCain and HIllary were snookered as a result. Howard Dean and Pelosi forced Hillary’s delegates to switch to Obama. The Mar. 12, 2008 secret meeting of Congress revealed the rest of the plan. Maybe some foreign country he has screwed will take care of Obama. Republicans are cowards. They need to get mean.
