RE: “Gingrich is a great lecturer, but a poor debater. He folded when he debated Clinton, and he folded again when he debated Kerry.”

Oh - sorry to hear that but good to know — I had no idea — was not paying as much attention back then as I am now... Thank you!
Mitt was posing as a dead nuts conservative in the last election cycle.
Again, Levin's choice was between the half-and-half backstabber McCain and the two "conservative" imposters, Huck and Mitt.
Levin chose the imposter Mitt, while your boy Hunter chose the imposter, Huck.
meh.
Mark was either supremely ignorant, or lying through his teeth.
“The only one left standing who can honestly be said to share most of our conservative principles is Mitt Romney.”
Abortion - nope
2nd Amendment - nope
Obama/RomneyCare - nope
Queer “marriage” - nope
amnesty - nope
On China - nope
Globalism - Nope
WTF was he talking about?
Yes, Levin is the best out there, bar none.
(Not that I would want to swell Mark's already big head.)
He’s still posing as a conservative. As is Palin. He’s fooled again, the idiot.
I think he is moving leftward again as he can't compete with the better conservatives in the race.
As is Palin. Hes fooled again, the idiot.
You were fooled by Duncan.
Hunter is far, far more conservative than all of these clowns.
I want her to run for a number of reasons:
1. Think she is similiar in her views to me.
2. I think she can be trusted to not change her views due to DC group think.
3. etc.
But one huge reason to support her is that that Dims and the mediots can not be allowed to get away with trashing attractive conservative/GOP up and comers and taking them out like they have tried to do with Palin. Allowing the Dim/mediots to get away with making Palin a nonentity would be asking for it with any attractive rising conservative/GOP star of the future.
Hunter is of course top notch when it comes to two of the legs on the conservative stool. But the third leg is government size and spending.
You by now should know the items I could list about Duncan and the third leg of the stool.
Anyway, keeping to the subject that you brought up...yes Levin support the imposter "conservative", Mitt in 2008 and yes Duncan supported this poser.....

Mark Levin, whom I don’t know personally, is an activist. He actually gets involved. And that means picking an actual person in the race and backing him.
Look who Romney was running against. Would you have Levin support McCain? He knew what would happen if McCain got the nod. He’s smart that way.
It’s not fair to judge Mark’s choice of Romney vs. an “ideal” conservative. It’s only fair to judge Mark’s pick vs. those who were in the race at the time. Besides RINO Romney and McPain I can’t even remember now who was still in the race then. Newt? Please. Huck? No way. Was Duncan Hunter still in the race? Nobody short of FReepers and his immediate family knew who the heck he was. He couldn’t win period.
That is why IMO a do-something-concrete-guy like Mark Levin chose Romney and gave it his best shot. I don’t fault him for that. That’s politics.
Your list of RINO Romney failings is accurate. I don’t fault that either. But Mark isn’t a lesser conservative because he tried to sell the sizzle of a RINO. That’s politics, too. Because you can only choose from the menu placed before you. You can’t go to another restaurant or order something special from the kitchen.
Your choices are limited. You fight for what you choose. That’s what Mark did in January of 2008. He was right about McCain losing. He might have been right about Romney beating 0b0z0, we’ll never know.
He might be right about Palin. Oops... you wouldn’t like that much, would you? ;0)
I second that! IMHO, Mark Levins show is by far the best conservative talk radio show on the air. The show is unsurpassed in terms of the breadth and depth of political commentary and analysis from an array of logical, fact-based, historical, Constitutional, economic, legal and philosophical perspectives.
I have listened to Mark daily (thanks to the show archive on his website) since 2008. Listening to him has been a profoundly enlightening and educational experience for me. It has greatly enhanced my knowledge of Conservative principles. His messages concerning the loss of individual rights and our government's departure from the Constitution and our founding principles has been a wake-up call for us all. I love his directness, honesty, passion, brilliance and witty sense of humor. Bottom line, he has provided a great service in opening our eyes to the current administration's path to a soft tyranny.
God bless you Mark. Thank you for all that you do. You are a true patriot and a national treasure that would make our Founders exceedingly proud!
(P.S. I read Liberty and Tyranny several times and cannot wait for your new book to come out!)
Considering that the Heritage Foundation estimated McCain-Kennedy’s Amnesty to cost 2.6 TRILLION over twenty years, and Hunter was the kingpen in opposition against the entire RINO establishment, It would be hard to paint him as fiscally un-conservative. As well, considering he is one of very few who tried to dump entire departments from the federal government, that does not add up.
And one other thing. I in no way supportted Hunter’s endorsement schmuckabee. If he repeats the mistake, and endorses another RINO, like Levin did for 2012, I’ll then know his presidential endorsements are worthless.
That is real funny given that Palin came out against free the elite’s rightful power to squelch “hateful” free speech that she does not like. If Palin was successful in her mission to give the elite the power to stomp out “hate speech” that she and Alito do not like, she would overturn the First Amendment, and Mr. “Constitution” Levin would never be heard from again.
He’s thinking with that tingling head same as Sissy Mathews.
Palin might mean well. I won’t call her evil. But she put the stupid (useful idiot) into McCain’s campaign. McCain was just plain progressive evil.
People, the first amendment is the lynchpin of what remains of freedom in the US. We lose the right to commit “hate speech” and we are all dead.
She’s the only one I will vote for.
I've seen real courage, and in my book, that involves doing something at risk of live or limb. So could you explain how Palin was demonstrated "real courage"? Because I sure don't see it.
Her actions have taken her from being the little-known governor of an out of the way state to being a national celebrity with legions of adoring fans, while making little or no real sacrifices of any kind, and earning buttloads of money in the process. Tens of millions identity her now just by her first name,
I'm not condemning her for any of that, but I just don't see what I'd call "real courage". The actions that are praised as being courageous all have benefitted her because they've earned her millions of fans. How is it "real courage" to take actions that benefit you personally?
You should be ashamed of yourself, pissant. Really, truly, embarassed and ashamed. You are fooling no one here, not even yourself, I wager.
LOL! [^ ) Good one!

Say piss, wasn't it not too much later *the quitter* Duncan Hunter endorsed *The Huckster* for president?
Then your book has a lot of pages missing.
