Supremes to Conference on Obama Eligibility
drkatesview ^ | March 3, 2011 | drkate

The case of Hollister v. Soetoro will be distributed for conference on Friday, March 4, at the Supreme Court. As you recall, the judge in this case deemed Hollister’s case frivolous as Obama’s eligibility had been ‘twittered’ and thus resolved. He dismissed the case and then threatened sanctions. What he forgot to do was dismiss the case based on standing, as all the other judges have.

Quite a week coming up.

We find out if the Constitution still means anything. If it does, it could well mark the beginning of a swing away from the use of the "Commerce Clause" and discovery on Obama/Soetoro's eligibility...

-----------------------------------------

Good, that would be a nice week to celebrate!

Georgia congressmen taking their names off the bill to require all on the ballot to prove eligibility was really curious to me.

Disgraceful. But then, a lot of these state movements for "eligibility laws" seem to be loud grandstanding by state representatives to hitch their stars to a Tea Party Movement.

By now, even the dimmest of the sheeple must know that a bill means nothing until it is drafted, passed by committee, and permitted to go to the floor for vote by the speaker. If carried, it must then be signed by the Governor.

In the meantime, ANY state AG has the power to keep ANY candidate off any ballot by requiring documentation of eligibility, which he may quite arbitrarily accept or reject to force discovery in court.

In Georgia, the fix is in. Why?

“The story yesterday about the Georgia congressmen taking their names off the bill to require all on the ballot to prove eligibility was really crious to me. For al these judges, the US Congress and then for them to do that tells me there is something really scary going on.”

I was also very disturbed to read that. It would appear they are being scared off or warned off. If you think we do not have a Marxis regime running this country you have not been paying attention. The SCOTUS knows full well BHO is not eligible to be President and they have made a conscious decision to avoid hearing any eligibility cases. They will throw this current case out without comment and they don’t care what anybody thinks about it. Justice Thomas is on record saying they are avoiding it.

"For one thing, two people on the Supreme Court would have to be excused from the case since they would have been illegally nominated and confirmed.

Plus, add up all the laws, and everything else done by this skinny interloper since he moved into our White House. There’d be turmoil. And who’d remove him from our White House?"

I'm not seeing a down-side. Also, if the US Marshals will not do it, there are plenty of other citizens who take their oaths seriously to remove him and his mother-in-law from the White House. A little turmoil would help to separate the wheat from the chaff and would, ultimately, make our nation stronger.

What about your AG? Or secretary of state? Have they said anything?

It is the duty of the Military to protect the constitution, they should have already removed obama.

The big question is ,if the people marched on Washington and demanded that obama be removed, which side would the military be on?
According to current laws ,obama’s election should have been VOIDED and McCain installed as President, would the military enforce that law.

Or move cute girl into the WH, working on staff:

And have her ask MO two or three times a day 'Is the President home yet?' and 'I wonder what your husband sees in my trunk..I mean, yours is so much more magnificent.'

You must be talking about the Atwater case. Bad move by her. The PD in LV are known for their juvenile behavior and one day, I will film them running the stop sign at my house.

In March 1997, police officer Bart Turek stopped Gail Atwater because she and her two children weren't wearing their seat belts. In Texas, the maximum punishment for not wearing your seat belt is $50. Jail is not an option. Having committed a crime for which the legislature had decided she couldn't be locked up, Atwater was nonetheless arrested and detained until she was presented to a judge.

Yes, the Atwater case. What was derelict was O’Connor stating that the fallout of finding for Gail would be too costly to police departments all over the country.

The point being, the Supremes do consider fallout when deciding, they don’t just stick to the constitutionality of it.

I think that is just way Berry wants so he can declare Marshall law. He wants the conservatives to riot. The press and the W.H. ignores all the vial crap the unions put out. Did you see the sign that said Scott’s mother should have swallowed? OMG!

The Supremes have taken up that question. We will see how much guts they have. To be continued.

Hey, lay offa Michelle!

Yassure, she's a biiig strong momma, but it ain't fat, or least-wise anywhere near all fat. Sure she looks huge next to that fey urkelgeek she was assigned to by the party. But fat? Nah. Ya want fat? check out the Wal-Mart nearest your home.

Instead of these ad feminam attacks, let's ask why she also is no longer a member of the Illinois Bar under circumstances as equally mysterious as the Mombasa Moonbeam's sudden departure from that august body.

Al Capone's kid was a member of the Illinois Bar. How bad do you have to be to be removed from it! Neither Soetoro/Obama was actually disbarred. They took a "voluntary" hike after "certain inquiries" in exchange for (surprise surprise) sealing the records.

OK OK It's true, I kinda like her looks, OK? When I was 14, I was run over by a girl who looked just like her playing flag football and never recovered, Dr.

Just like any other illegal alien he’d flee the country when he no longer had a job, income and benefits..Kenya would love him, he could be king for life...
