Soetoro, challenging the constitutional eligibility of President Barack Obama, was docketed for the Jan. 14, 2011 conference of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), retired USAF Col. Gregory Hollister’s Attorney John Hemenway filed a motion for justices Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, both appointed by Obama, to recuse themselves.

Through various sources, in addition to Obama’s use of the number, they determined the same SSN was originally issued in Connecticut sometime around 1976 to another individual who was born in 1890.

Records indicate Obama didn’t start using this particular SSN until 1980, although there are several other numbers associated with his name, none of which were issued in Hawaii, or any other place Obama has ever lived or worked for that

1976 was the year Congress passed legislation requiring all states administering Welfare benefits to obtain a SSN for each person enrolled in the program.

In 1976, BHO II (previously Barry Soetoro, Indonesian National and adopted son of Lolo Soetoro) was using his immigration paperwork as an Indonesian refugee legally residing in the U.S. to obtain a SSN. His American refugee assistance organization, located in Connecticut, filed the appropriate paperwork with the Soc Sec Admin to obtain his SSN. Thus, a SSN with a Connecticut prefix.

In 1976, the state of Hawaii would have been required to request BHO’s II SSN for him to continue to receive welfare benefits. It doesn’t matter if his grandmother was rich or poor; she was his guardian and not his mother. BHO II, Indonesian refugee, was a ward of the state. It’s similar to a foster child program.

BHO’s II SSN Application, Form 5, correctly identifies BHO II as a Legal Resident and not a U.S. Citizen. Any other information on BHO II SSN is a misinformation campaign.
