This piece is well worth listening to, along with his follow-up discussions with callers, the first of which is a Romneyite "concern" caller.

This has nothing to do with Palin, but I’m not a big fan of Mike Gallagher. From what I’ve heard of him over the years, he strikes me as not really having a clue about the fundamental principles upon which this country was built.

Again, not a comment about Palin, since she has no control over who endorses or doesn’t endorse her.

Maybe. I don’t know much about him either. But he makes a lot of very strong points here, and he does a good job of disposing of the concern callers.

Gallagher is the weakest talk host that is nationally syndicated. I think he should go back to smashing watermelons.

I think, we are all finally going to elect her as a candidate and do a barry goldwater. As no one is a “Pure Conservative” or we find fault in every other candidate other than palin, it looks like that might be the case. It is almost march 2011 and still there is not one candidate who is really laying any ground work. Palin might end up as the default candidate. If palin says no(which I strongly think) may be it will be Mitt Romney.

Candidates we want like chris christie or John Thune or Paul Ryan who can win don’t want to run !

He used to be on XM, but they dropped him like a hot rock. His ratings are in the tank. He is very difficult to listen to. His Populist/Liberalterian rants are pretty far off the beaten path. I can see why he supports Palin.

Good Lord, none of the 3 you mentioned have a prayer of beating zero. None have charisma, except Christie, and he’s a mighty weak conservative. Do your homework on his positions. I have, and NO THANK YOU.

Gallagher is persona non grata with me, ever since he cheered on Janet Reno sending Elian back to that island gulag.

So what? Sounds like he still has an audience, and if she decides to run. we need every voice we can get.

There isn’t any other candidate who can beat the pretender-in-chief, except Sarah. So, you think Gallagher is a loon, and therefore, you think Sarah is too?

Our country is in deep trouble and we need to stand in solidarity to take it back from the communist now in office.

You nailed it. No one else will win the nomination unless she steps out of the race.

Oh by the way, I do support her.

Yes, the Mother Sarah fans should be concerned that this crank is starting to take notice of their avatar. His track record is to pick losers and then defend them. Which is why his career is about over.

He is very difficult to listen to.

And he repeats himself over and over, dragging out a story forever by going over the main points of it endlessly.

I don’t care who does or does not endorse her. If she runs, I’ll vote for her, and if she wins the nomination, I’ll vote for her. The woman has a pair of brass ones, and she is what our country needs.

This makes two. Levin has almost done it as well sorta on the fence he likes Bachmann a lot too...

They know in their gut she is one, Daniels and Goober shot themselves in the foot the other day and the rest of the pack continues to look like Lilliputians....

Gallagher, like Laura Ingraham, has the basic fault of a second-line talk show host: they both will say something fairly clever, realize it, then drive it straight into the ground by repetition and chuckling at their own wit.
