No one can tell the validity of a document from reviewing a scanned image of the document.
Not always, some documents can be determined to be fraudulent by other means, such as hidden security measures not well know to the public.

As for Alvin Onaka he did not authenticate Obama’s as you say “Birth Certificate”.

All state/county issued birth certificates that can be used to obtain a US passport are printed on security paper that eliminates the possiblity of alteration.

We have not seen Obama’s birth certificate, so how can it be confirmed as valid by anyone???

Onaka Has never confirmed or denied that Hawaii DOH Produced the COLB. He is the one man in Hawaii that Obama cannot buy or blackmail.
