I held a small, glimmer of hope that it would at least get out of the senate judiciary committee. Maybe another state will push for it.
We need to push for state ballot initiatives that would allow any registered voter legal standing (complete with subpoena power for all necessary records and information) to challenge in court the eligibility of any person whose name is listed on the state ballot, as long as the suit is filed before a candidate takes office.
The rank-and-file voters are at this point the only people who can be trusted to not be corrupted or threatened by Soros’ thugs and the threat of media ridicule. We the people have been standing firm even in the face of the media ridicule, and Soros can’t threaten us all - at least not to our faces.
The state legislative committees are too connected to the establishment and enjoy the media’s smile too much to do what’s right on this issue. They saw the loudest vote in history and they still didn’t hear us through the ballot box.
The people themselves as legislators and defenders of the Constitution are the last resort. Remember the Alamo!
Fwiw, I think at least one state will bite the bullet and enact this entirely reasonable legislation. The likelihood rises every time one of us makes a call to our states legislatures, requesting it. Keep those phone lines busy; every little bit helps.
I'm surprised it has taken so long. It should not be a big deal for at least one State to have passed a Presidential Eligibility bill already. That is presuming the Thug-in-Chief is not terrorizing politicians who propose such measures, as if we were residing in a third rate Third World hellhole. /sarc
DIDN’T THE LAME BRAIN MEDIA BACK IN DECEMBER 2010 HAIL THAT THIS ISSUE WAS ALL BUT DEAD???
BUT THEN SOME STUPID ASS FROM HAWAII BEING SWORN IN AS THE NEW GUV WAS GOING TO SHOOT DOWN ALL THEM “BIRTHERS”...I GUESS HE SHOWED THEM BIRTHERS (HARDY HAR-HAR)!!!
