One Party Rule In Washington: All Talk No Real Action

We sit here on a 120 trillion dollar IOU referred to as, future unfunded liabilities.

Our current annual deficit stands around 14 trillion dollars which makes our debt to GDP close to 100% . Studies show that beyond the 85 % threshold it is no longer possible to grow your way out of debt; leading to the devaluing of the currency and a drastic lowering of the standard of living.

Since the landslide elections this past November, the Obama administration has been able to jam down an additional 300 billion in spending (welfare extension for 2011), DADT, Food Safety Bill and the START treaty in which we will pay money that we don't have to disarm ourselves from our enemies.

They waited to the last minute to extend the Bush tax cuts which in essence wasted two years of certainty and visibility for businesses to hire, which in the end would have lowered the number of people filing for unemployment benefits.

The republicans will say, but we stopped the 2.5 trillion dollar omnibus from passing. Are you kidding me?

Don't you see that it was written to provide the needed cover for the likes of Scott Brown and other liberal republicans for voting with Obama on the four bills mentioned above.

There was no way that thing was going to pass, so they made it look as bad as possible.

Net, net if I told you that they would pass those four pieces of legislation, would you have been happy after the American people stood up and said no more?

The pledge was made by the incoming congress to cut out 100 billion dollars from next years budget. Folks, we currently have a fiscal budget of around 3.5 trillion

This is not what the American people voted for.

If you add the 300 billion passed from the extension of the Bush tax cuts that means that congress would have signed off on a 200 billion dollar increase if the current congress holds up their side of the bargain.

Now the left media claims that the cuts may only be 45 billion making it look like the Republicans will fight oh so very hard to get the 100 billion in cuts.

Cuts like this are meaningless to the cause of turning this ship around.

As Sarah said, you have the wind at your back with the American people behind you, it's not the time to compromise with the radical on the left.

Speaking of leftists, we have folks like John McCain, who now has said that he won't support any presidential candidate in 2012, in essence he is endorsing Obama, who over the past two years spent close to 3 trillion dollars, passed and at the present time is unconstitutionally implementing Obamacare after a federal judge shut it down, taken over industry after industry, stifled our own energy production and exploration while using 10 billion of tax payer dollars to invest in Brazil's largest oil company, sued the state of Arizona for trying to enforce federal border laws, turned his back on allies while empowering enemies to liberty around the world etc....

Then we have George Bush speaking in front of a college audience recently chastising Americans for wanting the borders enforced and the rule of law to mean something in America. He sounds irritated by the idea of American sovereignty and more comfortable as a spokesman for Regionalism, just like his father.

You saw how his gang(Rove, Krauthammer) acted towards the more conservative candidates during the midterms; they trashed them even after winning the nominations.

Barbara Bush told Sarah Palin to stay in Alaska, funny I never heard her comment for Obama to stay in Chicago.

Could it be that her husband who had been calling for a New World Order along with his side kick Henry Kissinger were really serious? Maybe they to are for the fundamental transformation of America and Obama is the one to finish the job? Scary.

Also, look what the GOP leadership did when it came to Murkowski, they voted down the line other than Demint to allow her to keep her position on the energy commission at a time when she had just undermined the will of the republican voter in Alaska. She went on to vote for all four of Obama's bills at the end of the year. Now take a look at all the committees she was granted in 2011.

These committee chairmanships are filled with same people who time and time again voted for this radical transformation. They were not punished, in fact it looks like they were rewarded by the same old GOP leadership who claim to have gotten the message,

How do we go from the USSR falling, to we are all socialist now without a contingent of conservatives in Washington sounding the alarms over the years?

Truth is , which I know is hard to swallow for most, we have had a one party system for a very long time.

Not since Reagan have we had a candidate that was an alternative to the grand plans of the socialist and central planners. Even then George H W Bush and his Kissinger team were undermining Reagans cause, through immediately loaning and bailing out communist regimes around the world, without any verification or concern of actual reform.

Here we sit now with entities like the EPA , something born out of the old USSR long term strategy book, driving industry and technology out of America, while depleting its own energy production.

Is it a coincidence that Gorbachev himself came to San Fransico in 1993 with the help of Nancy Pelosi to set up a foundation that fights for and promotes ideas like, social and environmental justice?

I think not.

Well getting tired, I could go on and on but please folks think twice when you want to defend establishment republicans like Bush and McCain, because in the end you may be defending a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Keep the pressure on these people, let them know that we can count and see that they are still playing games with the future of this nation.

This is why I continue to say, run Sarah run!!

Source??

CRS = Congressional Research Service?

Why hide it? If you post it, tell us where it came from.

I am skeptical of new FR members posting things that might divide us. We are pretty critical of RINOs, but want to stay on same page.

Most of those numbers concerning "unfunded liabilities" haven't been run against current interest rates (discounts) in quite some time.

And none of that includes any consideration at all for a possibility of a massive plague.

If you want to challenge the facts then I encourage you to do so by looking it up yourself.

its called the RinoCrat Oligarchy....and the same minds creating the mess are not capable of cleaning it up.

Until we see a trillion or two cut, a mess of Federal Agencies shuttered...DC will continue to enslave the states rather than return to being their servant.

At this point it is up to We the People.
