Video: Speaker of the House John Boehner on "Meet the Press," took the same position as House Majority Leader Eric Cantor by refusing to denounce those that question Obama's Constitutional Eligibility, but, stated he believes Obama is an American Citizen and a Christian.
The Repugs and the scum in the media continue to do a wonderful job at confusing the American people. Obama may be a "Citizen" of the United States but he is not a "natural born Citizen" of the United States, unless, of course, he has lied who his legal birth father was/is. -Video embedded below...

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said Sunday that while he believes President Obama is an American citizen and a Christian, Americans have a right to think otherwise if they so choose.
"It's not my job to tell the American people what to think," Boehner said on NBC's "Meet The Press" when asked about a recent focus group of Iowa voters shown on Fox News during which several said they believe Obama is Muslim.

Again I dont know why they just dont say they cant make any Judgement since they have not seen his Birth certifcate or any Documentation that proves what or who he is. How can you make a Claim about ANYONE being a citizen or not unless you work in the Records office where the Documents are Held.

Upon being in Indonesia, returning to HI and applying to college, he likely had lost it (especially with his transition to being a legal adult.). At some point thereafter, he gained his US passport by being a member of the Senate without having to jump through all the normal hoops. He has the passport of a citizen, but a paper trail that doesn't support same.
Being a Natural born citizen is yet another set of issues.
Obama travelled abroad in the 1980’s, long before he entered the Senate.
How did he get that passport?
It was most likely NOT a US passport, especially as Americans couldn't travel in Pakistan at the time Zer0 went.

The “US citizens couldn´t travel to Pakistan” story is an old one that has been totally debunked.
That is an excellent point, although a midwife now days would have filed the proper birth info for a certificate. I delivered two of my grandchildren at home and filed their birth certificates with the state.
Right now, Obama is president, legally, regardless of NBC status.
If Boehner walks out on a limb and suggests he isn't legal, without proof, he can't govern. He would be toast.
I think he is nodding and winking to keep the pressure on.
Almost everyone alive now knows Obama has no Hawaiian BC. It's common knowledge now. 2012 is going to be very difficult for Soebarkah.
