I really like Allen West a lot but I think that it’s too early to roll him out as “presidential material”. I think he should serve for some years until the “presidential” word is even brought up.

I disagree with the notion that you have to “serve time” in politics to be considered Presidential material.. how much “congressional experience” did George Washington have? I don’t make this comparrison lightly... Allen West can easily be America’s modern day George Washington and we will know if this is true within the next year or so... no need to wait 10+ years.. IF Allen is the right man at the right time we will know sooner rather than later..

I know he is already “Presidential material”, but also know Allen wants to work in Congress for the time being. He wants to work there for ALL Americans, not just the folks in FL District 22.
To know Allen West is to love Allen West!
Legislative experience will benefit him greatly. He is impressive for his credibility, ethics, and sense of duty.
