No doubt some ATF agents have integrity. It is a very hard row to how, though, if you work in an agency where the leadership have no integrity.

The BATF was always a political organization..

The CIA with Panetta is totally useless.. probably the NSA as well..
America is simply not geared to have a Traitor as President..
since America does even know what a Traitor "IS" anymore..
Can't identify one.. let alone locate one..
