I did a little googling around, and find that “Mattie Fein, the wife of prominent conservative lawyer Bruce Fein,” was also endorsed by Bolton.
I was unable to learn anything about her position on moral issues—abortion and marriage in particular.

The 36th is one of the most carefully gerrymandered districts in the U.S. It will go Democrat in the foreseeable future unless its borders are changed. It avoids any areas that might conceivably vote for conservatives. See map:
