College students may not face brighter job prospects after graduation but they feel better about themselves.

The purpose of the American "education" system is to to ensure that students have high self-esteem for no apparent reason.

I sure do hope new college grads have high self-esteem; they're gonna need it if they're graduating with college loan debts like I heard parents discussing last night. $150,000 at a small state school for a 4-year degree in “Hospitality”?

Start looking at the clinical depression/suicide stats for recent college grads. I'm guessing that the INTEREST on a loan like this is somewhere around $9,000 a year! Self-esteem? Insanity sounds more like it.

And that’s all that really matters anymore.
