I'm sorry but the Bears fans and Vikings fans are much classier than the Steelers fans!

I never heard any crying from Bears fans this year!

Steelers fans think that the Packers 13 World Championships is no big deal! But winning the World Championship when its called the Super Bowl is different pre 1975!

Tell that to every team that have been trying to win the Title every year since 1921! It was a big deal to them except to the Steelers teams!

The Packers have won 13 times!

The Steelers played 42 years before they won one! I remember rooting for the Steelers because I felt sorry that since 1933 (and so was a lot of NFL fans) they never won the whole thing, but some of the Steelers fans are the dumbest fans I have ever come across!

They say its harder to win a Super Bowl now and I agree but thats show how bad the Steelers were pre 1975, they could not win even one of those easier World Championships!

The #1 Franchise of all time, Green Bay Packers won the 4th best franchise, Steelers! The Steeler have better start winning Titles again or they won;t even be 4th!(LOOK BELOW)

Packers have 13 World Championships after they beat Steelers!

The Steelers are one of the oldest teams, starting in 1933, Never won a Championship until 1975. Took them 42 years to win one Title!

The fifth-oldest franchise in the NFL, the Steelers were founded on July 8, 1933 by Arthur Joseph Rooney. Originally named the Pittsburgh Pirates, they were a member of the Eastern Division of the 10-team NFL. The other four current NFL teams in existence at that time were the Chicago (Arizona) Cardinals, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears and New York Giants.

_______________________________________________________

The Green Bay Packers have won more championships — 13 — than any other team in National Football League history.
They won their first three by league standing (1929, 1930 and 1931), and nine since the NFL’s playoff system was established in 1933 (1936, 1939, 1944, 1961, 1962, 1965, 1966, 1967 and 1996).
Green Bay also is the only NFL team to win three straight titles, having done it twice (1929-30-31 and 1965-66-67).
In addition, the Packers won the first two Super Bowls (over Kansas City in 1966, 35-10, and over Oakland in 1967, 33-14), as well as a more recent one (over New England in 1996, 35-21).
They won the 45th Super Bowl (over the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2011, 31-21) Since the league implemented a playoff system in 1933, the Packers have played in the NFL’s deciding game 13 times (10 NFL title appearances from 1936-67, three Super Bowls after the 1970 merger). Only the Giants (18) have played for more titles.

Most World Championships:

Green Bay Packers, 13

Chicago Bears, 9
New York Giants, 7

Pittsburgh Steelers, 6

Dallas Cowboys, 5
San Francisco 49ers, 5
Washington Redskins, 5
Cleveland Browns, 4
Detroit Lions, 4
Indianapolis/Baltimore Colts, 4

They won the Steelers? I didn’t know they were playing for pink slips. I’m glad you won a lot of titles before there were facemasks.

e-mail I got a while back:

“Every Red Blooded American should jump in line to support the Green Bay Packers! The Packers defeated the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon thus earning them the opportunity to go to the Super Bowl. By doing so, they saved the Hard-Working, Red Blooded, Taxpaying Americans literally several million dollars of tax money. How you say? Simple... we were told that if the Chicago Bears had won that President Obama (and probably his family) would be attending the Super Bowl to cheer on his hometown team. Since the Bears lost...the President won’t be attending. The money saved from not using Air Force 1, the limosines, all the additional security, and let’s not forget Michelle Obama’s entourage, is literally several million dollars!
Therefore every American should cheer on the Green Bay Packers at the Super Bowl to show them our gratitude. Oh...and let’s not forget to thank Chicago Bear’s Quarterback Jay Cutler for his role in the Packer’s success! With that said...let’s circulate this email to everyone we know so they can understand why they should cheer for America’s team.”

I missed the game but feel for the Bears: once Obama gave them his `blessing’, they didn’t stand a snowballs chance.

Well, congratulations factmart.

It was a good game, great action on both sides, offensive and defensive. Not finally decided until the last minute.

The Packers won but the Steelers can also be proud.

Next season it starts all over again.

Dude. You're going to wear out your cut & past button. This is like the hundredth time you posted that same stuff.

We all got the message already -- the Steelers all suck --- every Steeler fan is and idiot/rapist/bum/ignorant -- Pakers are the greatest ever -- they walk on water -- their fans are all smarter/better/nicer than any other fan and we all should be bowing down before them for the rest of our miserable lives.

Does that about sum it up?

I’d wager that the #1 descriptive term used in reference to the Steelers in the coming season will be:

Rebuilding...

Pre 1960, I would agree with you. Post 1960, Lamar Hunt has a thing or two to say about it. ;)

I heard an announcer refer to Pittsburgh as “Title Town” yesterday. I thought Green Bay held that moniker — at least, around here it does. Title Town=Green Bay, WI.

We won the better team last night but I tell you in the NFC Championship against the Bears, I was more worried about losing! The Bears were 30 some yards from scoring, it really was a nail biter!

I think the word you’re looking for is ‘beat.’ We BEAT the better team, etc.

They won the 45th Super Bowl (over the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2011, 31-21)

------------------------

Really now......... You best call the NFL and tell them to change the official score as you have the correct one....... LOL.
