One of my least favorite parts of the Constitution is the bit against "cruel and unusual punishment". In my opinion, government workers who corrupt the system ought to be dealt with in nasty ways, publicly.

This would work for Rangel, and for DMV workers.

I went ahead and posted although this occurred two years ago. We had a similar instance here in Houston. With so many unemployed now it would be interesting to see how many Illegals or non-allegiants residing in the USA are still at it. I am convinced that more and more sectors of the workplace are completely conquered by foreigners and illegals. It makes me sick! Then we have the plotting and planning of Shumer & McCain Arnold to rub our noses in it!

In Roman times, the punishment for a public official found guilty of corruption was to be placed in a sack with a dog, a monkey and a rat. The sack would then be sewn shut ant thrown into a river.
