I don’t get why this is necessary. It has been ruled unconsitutional and void. The 1099s didn’t have to be filled out anyways. I think the Republicans are shooting themselves in the foot.
It's not over until the Supremes rule on it. In the meantime, the Obamareich is ignoring the lower court ruling.

Think ourside the box. Think of the consequences of the democrats voting nay on the repeal bill. The democrats are on record supporting an un-Constitutional law. Republicans can use this as ammo in 2012 accusing democrats as not having read the Constitution, and violating the court's ruling.
(Common sense ain't common anymore).
And what about the severability clause...which was missing. I actually think they “broke” it...and they actually downed the whole thing with the 1099 vote.
