The only chance of establishing order in Russia is by using military force.
Russia of today is far too weak to bring about such a development of society by its own means.
Like a certain Russian farmer put it in a TV documentary:
"- Let's invite the Vikings again."
What would "inviting the Vikings" actually mean to Russians?
Simply put; Connecting with the 21st century.
This would benefit Russia as well as Western Europe.
I can easily see why Russians don't trust us Western Europeans. But Russians also ought to understand Swedes are very different from the likes of the SS. Check your history.

Russia is named after the countryside north of Stockholm (Roslagen) and it's time to bring this land back to where it belongs and make it function anew.

The Russians and later on Stalin failed to gain access to the Seven Seas thanks to Sweden and Finland - and the Talibans will fail to gain access to Afghanistan because of us.

Larry Niven and Jerry Pournel had a very interesting set of stories based in a world the United States and the USSR combined into an alliance. If we had managed to keep the communists out of Russia they would be a strong ally or at least a close friend. Our two countries aren’t so different and we would be in a much better position to combat threats whether they be Islam or China.

So, your response is to 'attack Russia' because Sweden has not been at war for 200 years. Hmmm, Sweden and whose army, because for a fact it would be the US and the stronger NATO countries fighting and not Sweden. Similar to your other thread that went something like 'what would happen if Russia nuked Paris, London and Stockholm' where you gave a nice tale of a totally powerful reaction. Well, in such a case it would be the French and the British launching nuclear counter-attacks against Russian cities (with the US joining in), while all Sweden would be doing is counting how many survivors they have.
The Swedes are a great people, and Sweden is a great country, but many of your threads are simply fantasies. A 'swarm' of Gripens will only take out a Raptor if the pilot messes up, and no D-E submarine can ever take out a city (apart from Israeli disel-electrics that they got from Germany that, allegedly, have nuclear-tipped cruise missiles on board, as well as Russian D-E submarines where some can carry nuclear cruise missiles as well).

Well, no. The Mongols burnt it to the ground in 1238 and the Crimean Tartars took it in 1531. The Poles took it briefly in 1610 after the Swedes under De La Gardie left. Gustav Adolf decided not to, and I'd match his military brilliance against anyone alive at the time.
To be perfectly honest, a land campaign against the Russians on their own ground is a little unrealistic. Taking the place (and best of luck with that) is one thing; holding it is quite another.

Are these 25% ‘moderate’ muslims now? What it means moderate? Do you mean they aren’t killing sheeps in a public parks for their ritual needs or not killing their daughters on driveways for living Swedish lifestyles? Ok, they are doing it in their backyards until they are 50%, so you may still calm and dream on Swedish-Russian war.:)
