I do not believe her "alternate" media strategy has worked well at all. And "two recent reasonalble articles" is certainly not a ground swell of support, is it?
She needs to attract far more voters...millions more. At this point in time, she simply does not have the number of votes to win a nomination much less an election.
It is true that her supporters are rabid and can be counted on...but they don't draw other voters to go along with them....and without millions more voters ready to pull the lever for Ms. Palin...she simply cannot win.
So....sticking with FOX as the "mouthpiece" will certainly please the Palin base...but it does absolutely nothing to win more voters....to change minds....to attract and win over the "undeciced".
Hell....using your analogy....religions would have had a very tough time spreading anywhere at all if the missionaries preached in their own churches to their own people and hung around waiting for the rest of the world to come to them!!!
No....they went out and "entered the lion's den" carrying their message with them...and many paid the price.
So it must be with Ms. Palin. She has the zeal; she has the message; she has some support.
It's time to begin the hard missionary work.
These polls are a mile wide and an inch deep. Once Sarah does some debates, where people can see her sans media filter, people will see her as she is. Our country is 40% conservative, 20% liberal, and 40% apolitical. The silent majority will naturally gravitate to her, and the apolitical will follow the strong horse.
