A year ago today, Scott Brown stunned the bipartisan political establishment when he won election to the U.S. Senate seat Ted Kennedy had held for 47 years. Although the Revolutionary War rhetoric was obvious hyperbole, the excitement wasn't entirely unjustified: this was the Democrats' biggest electoral defeat of the Obama era.

What “defeat” did the dems suffer with Brown’s election? He’s stood steadfastly with them on all the big-ticket legislation, especially during the lame-duck session, so where did they lose?
Are the dems still trying to pour Vicki Kennedy into the ring against Brown?
If we can get a more conservative guy who can beat a Dem, great...otherwise

The conservatives who worked so hard for you in 2010 (like myself) won’t be supporting you again in 2012. No doubt you already know this and know you are toast in 2012. Oh well.
At any rate, I recommend you stop wasting precious electrons sending out emails to all of those who supported you in 2010 but won’t be supporting you again in 2012.
