How often do the birth records of the citizens of Hawaii go missing? Should everyone born in Hawaii request a copy of their original birth record just to be safe?

So there is no birth certificate in Hawaii.
There is one in Kenya.

Remember when we were trying to figure out what an "Anti-Pope" was? Well, now we are living under (literally) an "Anti-POTUS."
Since we are apparently doomed to relive history, perhaps we'll next have two or three Presidents, with one at least, based in Avignon. Cool.
Or perhaps our real POTUS will make his way back from the Crusades and depose Barack I. As far as the Birth Certificate goes, perhaps Merlin or Harry Potter can make it appear. The true father will be revealed as Darth Vader and all will be weller.

During the 1960’s I personally witnessed several new Mommies coming in to ship their cars back to Hawaii (via Matson Lines http://www.Matson.com ) shortly after their giving birth elsewhere, inside or outside the Mainland United States.
These new Mommies were told by other Mommies present to just go to the Honolulu Officals and proclaim that thier newborns were born in Hawaii and a Birth Certificate showing so would be automatically produced.
It was THAT commonplace ..and well known about by many.. back then..!!!
This was during a 9-10 year window after Hawaiian Statehood when they could get away with it.

Barak Hussein Obama II wasn’t born in Hawaii.
The only witnesses to his birth, state the birth was in Mombassa [Mombasa], Kenya. (Mombassa was the name used in 1961.)
Note: the U.S.State Department is refusing to release copies of his mother’s passport for the years dated 1960 to 1964 (they’ve falsely claimed the records were destroyed). The only early copies are dated 1965 and involve a 5-year renewal of said passport.
