No, they didn’t.

I know what I am thinking and feeling. The constitution no longer protects us. We do not have a constitutional government. SCOTUS will not defend the constitution, we the people are now nothing but serfs and slaves.

The last bastion of freedom has fallen.

It’s all I can do not to cry.

The states are the last hope for the Constitution.

But we will probably also have to push for impeachment of Sotomayor and Kagan.

Or maybe we should push for a Constitutional amendment requiring SCOTUS justices to recuse themselves from cases where they have a clear financial and/or personal conflict of interest. Just to let DC know the people are sick of this crap. If the process is not going to require that SCOTUS justices display integrity worthy of them being put “on their honor”, then we have to LEGALLY REQUIRE the same ethical standards for them as for any other judge.

Anybody know how the process for amending the US Constitution works? How do we start the process to amend the Constitution?
