Correct me if I'm wrong, but your summary seems to indicate that the Democrat Party of Hawaii never certified Obama, but the Chief Elections Officer put him on the ballot anyway. Did I get that right?

Correct...thus the reason for the need for “mediation” which allowed Obama to get on the ballot against the wishes of the DPH, based purely on the decision of one individual(Cronin). We’ve heard about the SOS (Secretary of States) Project that Soros was pursuing. You want a bet he isn’t also involved in getting sympathetic candidates for the various states’ election commissions elected as well, do you?

After reading the whole thing ( yes, It took a while, but, read it ) ...to put it simply as possible.
Obama knew he had a problem with his lack of eligibility, so did Nancy Pelosi ( Queen of MOB thug politics ) so did the DNC, so did The Democrat party of Hawaii, and also, the CEO of Hawaii.
The DPH refused to certify Obama, and left out the Constitutional requirement on their certification document, and the DNC ( with Nancy's shenanigans ) forced ( by Hawaii's laws, how convenient, a rarely used and obscure law ) the hand of the Hawaii CEO by virtue of party conflict ( between DPH and the DNC= by law, of course ) to make a choice to place Obama in the ballet or not..... and now you know the rest of the story ...
