***Well, I can. Unfortunately, the people we pay to see such things — the SCOTUS — are blind because they feared political repercussions. That was the WHOLE REASON why we gave them lifetime employment, so they wouldn’t have to worry about political repercussions of their decisions. The system failed. I lay the blame on the SCOTUS. It was their job, their problem to fix and they looked the other way, allowing the USA to become a banana republic.

My take on him is that he’s shaking down zer0bama for tens of $Millions and Obama is saying no because that’s his personal stash and if he gets caught doling out bribes as president, he can go down hard. Obama is looking at being a 1 term president, the first black president, he already made history even if he was the crappiest president since Jimmy Carter so he doesn’t care if it’s only for 1 term. I doubt if he thought 0h0m0 was born in HI. I bet he figured somehow he could either bluff the deal, or there was some kind of “paperwork” that could be or had been devised to cover for 0h0m0. Now he’s finding that neither assumption was correct.

But understand that there are other people who agree with the Speaker of the House: “Hawaii says that President Obama was born there. That’s good enough for me.”
He has to say that, just as all returning Congresscritters from the 111th Congress have to do because these members failed in their Constitutional duty to uphold and defend the Constitution from all enemies both foreign and domestic, particularly with the usurpation of office by the offsping of a son of a goat herder from Kenya and a daughter from Kansas.

To overcome the standing issue she probably needed a US Attorney to sue on behalf of the People of the United Sates which can show a direct injury from the illegal action.

I am sorry for my late reply to both of you. I just had to gather my thoughts and also do some homework.

Good grief!!! That is an excellent find!!!! After you post to me, I went to Google for more inside information on Sinclair. The pages kept telling me that page was no longer available.
The following address you offered (1617 South Beretania Street Apt 100 Honolulu HI 96826 1617 ) was very interesting. As you said, it was not a tall building. There are 4 apartments to a floor. (2 apartments on one side and 2 apartments on the other.) If she lived there, her near neighbors on her side would have known who she was, her health, and her comings and goings.
And oh yes!!!! THERE ARE SECURITY CAMARAS ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!

The article on the grandmother does not surprise me. But it is still a jolt when someone sees one’s thoughts and beliefs verified in writing by somebody else.
Another thing that stuck me funny…maybe it is a U.S. custom (I live in Panama)…is that his wife stayed in our White House while he went flying off to Hawaii for his last goodbyes.
And another thing, Grandmama was said to be dead the day before elections…How phony convenient.
But all that was to confirm what I already believed. She was already past tense sometime much before.

It is certainly something I haven’t followed at all. Strange thoguh, with all the public pronouncements from Barry about his grandmother and grandfather, we don’t know that much about them. Who were their friends, co-workers? Was Toots actively engaged in activities with other communists on Hawaii at the time?
