Not to nit-pick, and I realise that you could have been going back to the store anyway, but there’s no way it was worth $1 to drive home, print out a coupon, and drive back to the store.
It would have been easier to just walk up to some other store patron and ask them to pick up a coupon for you. Then you could have made your purchase, and saved the gas and time and cost of printing, plus the value of your own time.
“I love pizza but now am only eating low, low, low carb pizza I make myself.”
So, what’s the recipe? I’m dying to know.
It’s very basic and you can add more stuff if you like.
1 La Tortilla (or any low carb brand) tortilla
Pizza Sauce, low carb
Shredded cheese - Parm. and 4 cheese (I like Philly brand)
Any kind of meat
Place tortilla on large plate. Spread on pizza sauce then sprinkle Parm. cheese. Add meat, sprinkle 4 cheese then microwave for about 70 seconds or until cheese melts.
For Mexican:
1 La Tortilla (or any low carb brand) tortilla
Salsa, low carb
Shredded Cheese, Mexican style
Any kind of meat
Sour Cream
Shredded Lettuce
Put tortilla on large plate. Layer it with salsa and cheese. Roll or leave flat. Add meat and more cheese. Nuke on 70 seconds or until cheese melts. Add sour cream and shredded lettuce.
The first pizza I ever had was a Pizza Hut pizza. I was nearing 17 before that wonderful day. Growing up in West Texas at the time, I had never seen one, although I heard of them.
I know people dis Pizza Hut, but I for one am forever grateful.
But that's NOT what I did. I came home last night, printed out a coupon, and this afternoon while driving by a Publix I picked up two Red Baron Pizzas. BTW, I completely FAILED in my mission. I wanted to use my coupons to buy both pizzas for just $3.97. I was unable to do that. Instead, I rubbed The Coupon Whiperer Secret Decoder Ring and worked my magic and ended up getting both pizzas for $1.97 or just under a buck each. Oh and that price included an onion and a couple of bottles of vitamins. ALL for just $1.97.
Feel the MAGIC of The Coupon Whisperer!
Not only that, but sometimes ya got lucky and caught the first slice just out of the oven (didn't need to be warmed!) .. occasionally even catching the first Sicilian slice sometimes.
A fresh 'corner' Sicilian slice fresh from the oven ... now THAT is heaven on earth :)
Yum .. Yum ;)
I’m doing low carb, too ... haven’t had pizza in five months. I’m dying here!!! Do tell how you make yours, please.

Thank you !!!!!
I’ve been happy with the results of low carb diet, but surely have missed my pizza (which helped me get to where I didn’t want to be). Will be using your recipes in the coming week.
You are welcome. I found one where you can use cauliflower as crust but it was too time consuming for a non cook as I. The tortillas have 3 net carbs - that’s it, and the cheese, meat and sauce don’t add many carbs at all. I cooked up some sausage last night and made a sausage pizza - so good. The Mexican meal isn’t bad either - love my sour cream! Enjoy. Also, the type of cheese is your preference - you may not like what I prefer.
