Why do people think they have to defend this man just because there’s an (R) next to his name? He is crooked political scum, the ultimate in career politician. There is nothing conservative about him whatsoever!
I haven’t read any defense of Delay’s actual crime on this thread. Most agree he that committed a crime. What people take issue with are the prosecutor’s and judge’s motives and the jail sentence.
