Ed Schultz has suggested that Sarah Palin employed the term "blood libel" to describe the way her critics have tried to hold her responible for the Arizona shootings "as an appeal to an extreme Christian conservative base for 2012."
Citing no evidence for his grotesque allegation, Schultz first floated it during his opening monologue. He raised it again with his first guest, Dem congressman Jan Schakowsky, and took things a despicable step further. Schultz suggested that Palin "got help from the speech from somebody who knows exactly what 'blood libel' means."

I have heard the term a few times, but never its history, much less that its use instantly casts the user as an anti-Semite. Well, that is if the user is Sarah Palin. IIRC, one of Sarah Palin’s grandparents was Jewish.
The woman just has to do her own thing as she’s been doing it. Nothing she says or does, short of publicly endorsing Barack Obama, would ever make a leftist dolt show her one ounce of respect. And, really, she does just fine without their approval.

GRRRR....”blood libel” is PRO-Jewish, because it describes the horrible, uncalled for accusation that Jews used the blood of Christians in their matzoh. Muslims accuse Jews of doing this with Muslim blood TODAY. And they teach this hatred to their kids.
