Joe Zamudio, one of the heroes during the Tucson shooting tragedy, appeared on Ed Schultz to talk of how he had a gun strapped to him, ran out of Walgreens when he heard the shots fired, and almost used his weapon but instead put it away and contained him with his body.
Ed asked if he had to, would he have used his gun. Zamudio answered youre damn right.

It would have been nice and polite had Ed Schultz learned to pronounce correctly Joe’s last name “Zamudio.” To pronounce Zamudio correctly takes no language talent.
What an ass.
In fact, it is down right insulting.
Doncha love it...Schulz didn’t know how to handle this...it didn’t fit his mantra and he sure didn’t want to insult a ‘hero’. It was almost laughable.
Yea, I don’t quite know why Zamudio decided not to use his own firearm.. My guess would be a large number of auxiliary targets in his line of sight :(
Exactly like most people who own guns legally...
I’ve heard Ed claim several times to be “pro-gun”. However, the minute the left realized their attempt to blame Palin and Limbaugh for the Tucson murders had failed, the switched back to their old standby, gun control. Ed immediately began beating the dead horse of gun control, as did Rachel Maddow, who just a couple of months ago, repeatedly ran footage of herself firing a machinegun. Apparently they know their target audience is too stupid to notice their sudden about face.
One of the leftie TV hosts was interviewing a neighbor woman who had several creepy run-ins with Lochner. He asked “Were you scared of him?”, and she responded, “No, because I’m always armed.” The host (I can’t remember which one it was) stammered like Ralph Kramden and changed the subject.
Then he would be useless as a cop in a town with a lot of Cocker Spaniels sitting on porches .
