Megyn Kelly challenged him.
She kicked his ass ... but in a nice way. She told him to go to hell so sweetly, I think he looked forward to the trip.

Kelly doesn’t let many get away with their psychobabble on her show. Billy might have his “No Spin Zone” but Kelly has her “You’re Not Going To BS Me Zone”.

It’s starting to dribble out regarding Gupnik’s relationship with the Loughners and young Jared’s repeated death threats and drug arrests and how they were repeatedly “fixed” with no charges being filed.
We know he has already lawyered up and is no doubt hoping that making himself a Liberal drawing-room lion will get him immunity. That did not work for Mike Nifong or for that matter, former IL governor-now-jailbird George Ryan (the overnight anti-death-penalty activist governor).
He had already decided just last year to make himself the anti-Joe Arpaio (loudly refusing to enforce S.B.1070). He may be the lib hero of the hour but the truth will out.

In the same interview, Dupnik stated that this would have never happened when he was a young patrolman back in the 60’s, when everyone was civil. Megyn Kelly than asked him if he ever heard of Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan Sirhan and James Earl Ray. Dupnik could not answer, and just stood silently.
