John Boehner just said: “Hawai’i says that the president was born there. That’s good enough for me.”

Just show us the papers ...

Someone’s hearsay say-so is no longer good enough.

Anyone who really, truly, needs to see Obama’s long form, vault copy Certificate of Live Birth should go to their favorite conservative judge, convince that judge that there is a compelling interest to release the birth record and get a subpoena for the birth certificate. Then, voila! Under the laws of the state of Hawai’i, it can be released without Obama’s permission or input. I would suggest that attorneys representing the Republican National Committee would be the perfect people to seek such a subpoena.
No one who doubts Obama’s eligibility to be president is going to trust a birth certificate released BY Obama.

Eyewitness testimony isn’t hearsay and officials of the former gubernatorial administration in Hawaii have personally seen the document in the records of the Department of Health and can sign depositions and testify to those facts in any court of law in America or before any legislative committee of a state or the federal government.
