I said this a month ago- the liberals in USA have wanted to kill Star Wars since Reagan.
This idiotic treaty allows Russia to claim we agreed to kill SDI and the liberals will agree, while acting like they are so surprised at it.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED THIS TRREATY TO DO- in fact I might go so far as to say it was their main goal.
“Star Wars” was how Reagan beat the USSR in the cold war. They could not, with their communist economy, keep up with the spending that the US was capable of.
Of course, the left sees this as “not fair”.
