I would say that, like today, we were at war with an ideology that was spread across the globe. I don’t understand your point. Are you suggesting we are NOT at war?
Not the same kind as before. More of a global policing in my view. We mostly respond, like the police do. We aren’t taking much of an offensive, like in a real war.
