When I was growing up, my parents taught me that if you want people to think you’re smart, just shut up. They didn’t encourage me to shut up completely – maybe they should have – but the lesson was: never talk about things you know nothing about and people might think you’re smart.....
.....For several years now, the elites have been trying to fool us in believing that two people, one on the left and one on the right, are very smart people. On the left, we have the President and on the right, we have Charles Krauthammer. We are being led to believe how smart they are but if we’ve learned anything in the past year, it is that both of them may be a lot of things but smart isn’t one of them. Both appear not to have learned this lesson: if you want people to think you’re smart just shut up.
In July 2009, in trying to defend Henry Louis Gates, President Obama started out by saying that he didn’t know the situation and that he hasn’t seen all the facts and yet in the same breath, he went on to accuse the Cambridge police of being stupid. If the President was really as smart as we are led to believe, he would have just done what smart people do: shut up!
This brings me to Mr. Smarty Pants Charles Krauthammer. Yes I call him Mr. Smarty Pants because that’s all Mr. Krauthammer is. Anyone that can go on a marathon degrading someone he knows nothing about is anything but smart.

Krauthammer is Arrogant. Anyone who listens to him can see his faux superiority complex. He thinks he is better and smarter than someone like Sarah Palin. He is unable to relate to Middle America and unable to hide his arrogance. He needs to shut it.
Conservatives need to vet their candidates better.
Democrats obviously do not vet their candidates anymore.
Democrat qualifications apparently only consist of membership in the communist party or so far left wing idealogs like environmental whackjobs, homosexual activists, illegal immigrant advocates and terrorist sympathizers.
Unfortunate, that the author of this whiny little rant could not have taken his own advice.
Krauthammer is worse than stupid. He’s a fool. And the best thing for conservatism would be for conservatives to realize he’s a liberal.
Krauthammer’s accomplishments are exclusively in favor of the leftist agenda. He has never advanced conservatism, not one little bit.
Everything Krauthammer says about conservatism is mere parroting. And when a new idea needs to gain momentum—the tea party and tea party candidates, for example—Krauthammer shoots it down. Funny how it fits right into the leftist playbook.
So Krauthammer is either a useful idiot or he’s wolf in sheep’s clothing. And I don’t think he’s smart enough to know the latter is more foolish than the former.
He is clueless about her, has no understanding of her stance on issues and from his conversations appears to get his information about Gov Palin from the national inquirer.
CK should be ashamed of himself for making a complete ass out of himself when it comes to Gov Palin,. If he wished to become qualified on Gov Palin I would suggest he brush up on the issues she is advancing and the person herself.
It is not about your “love” or comments or criticism,
it is about backstabbing and that you don’t care.

who voted for Obama, protects Obama, defends Obama
doctrine and atrocities like ObamaCARE, and
attacks the GOP primary winner?
How much should you respect a person that sues for $6.9 mil for gender discrimination and firing?
Just because someone says things you agree with doesnt mean they would be a good representative of you.

I'll assume you think 22 Months is considered “the very near future”, but 23 months and after should just about do it.

Krauthammer is entitled to his opinion. But he’s not qualified to make it in this case.
It amazes me how many conservatives mistakenly view him as a conservative and fawn over his every word.
It took me some time to come to the realization, but I believe it is true; Rush Limbaugh admires CK for the fact that he is pretty intelligent....and I will add my own caveat.....IN SOME CASES. However, Krauthammer is NOT a Conservative. He is a Canadian psychiatrist and is a neo-con at best; and a smooth-talking semi-camouflaged liberal at worst.

Krauthammer to my knowledge has never claimed to be a GOP cheerleader a la Sean Hannity. He apparently doesn’t feel it his duty to polish turds because they have a R next to it. You can hate him for it, but perhaps he feels his paying job as TV commentator to give his honest OPINION wherever it falls. And he is often right on and has many many times been a voice allied with the good guys. That’s why the hissy fits when he seems to jump off the reservation that some paint him into. His opinion re: Palin has some merit and not like it comes from thin air a lot of people feel that way. Time will tell is he is right in this case.
Some people are “book smart” and some people have “common sense”.
Outside of FR, you seldom meet people that can claim both attributes.

Krauthammer is not a Conservative and he needs to quit lying that he is a Conservative when he isn't. Such a liar and such a coward to admit he is a liberal.
Saying one is unqualified to talk or give an opinion is not the same thing as saying one is not entitled to talk or give an opinion.
We have Charles saying that Sarah is unqualified to be president if she is elected. Certainly Charles isn't saying that Palin isn't entitled to be president if she is elected.
