The more kids you make, the more “free” $$$$—this was never supposed to be the intention of ‘welfare’, it was supposed to help in the SHORT term, not 30-40 years later!! >:-(
Welfare reform is way overdue in America. There’s no reason why a grandmother, mother and pregnant teenage girl should all be buying junk food and cigarettes at Walmart with taxpayer funds, IMO.
