What is funny is that some of those folks in Cali had relatives who headed out there during the dust bowl to escape the same fate. I guess they will have to reverse the wagons and head east for greener pastures, i.e.; communities with larger welfare programs.

Well when the EPA get going with the new regulations expect lots more of these camps and not just unemployed construction folks, anybody with an industrial or industrial support job as well as working folks that can't afford gas or electricity.

Going to see a lot more senior citizens in tent cities if this crap isn’t reversed. The commodities line at my community center in TN has nearly tripled in the past 18 months...all frail elderly in wheel chairs, walkers, on oxygen etc. They qualify for $10-30 in food stamps. The welfare queens beat them to the utility assistance.
