Tucker Carlson says Michael Vick should have been killed for cruelty to dogs. On last nights Hannity on FNC, Carlson was filling in for the vacationing Sean Hannity (going on two weeks, now) when the conversation turned to Vick during the "Great American Panel" segment. More specifically, the conversation centered on Barack Obamas recent support to the owner of the Philadelphia Eagles for giving Vick a second chance. While that is an issue in and of itself, Carlson eventually took the conversation into no mans land by saying that he wished Vick would have been executed for killing dogs. Interestingly, before Carlson said he wanted Vick to have been executed, he also began his introduction by stating that he is a Christian who believes in second chances.

Tortured a bit but killed?
A stupid thing to say... if he really said it.
I think a number of defensive players around the NFL are doing their best to make just that happen to Vick, judging from the treatment he has revceived in the last couple Eagles games I’ve watched.
I don’t think Vick should have been executed. But, I would love to have seen him thrown into a cage with a pack of rabid pit bulls for about five minutes. Kind of a “Do under others as you would have them do unto you” thing.
I think he’s received “professional” forgiveness pressed down, shaken together, and running over.
What happens in an eternal sense is between him and his Maker.
I have a hunch that if he plays in the Pro Bowl, they’ll be some dog lovers among his NFC offensive linemen who just might execute a few “excuse me” blocks just for general principles.
Grandaddy always told me, “never trust a man in a bow-tie.” And he wasn’t talking about Chevys.
Or maybe they’re called “lookout” blocks...I forget.
I hate the thought of dog fighting but Vick served his time and from all accounts is a changed and contrite man. That and he is having a damned near MVP year. Funny, if his crime involved humans there would be virtually no outcry.
I agree. If he had paid a woman for an abortion, no biggie. Backwards world we live in.
The man seems sorry for what he did. Forgive and forget, that how God handles things.
I don’t know - it seems that everyone Obama praises ends up in disaster. Like Vick’s horrible (for Philly) fumble last night.
A great two weeks. Any way he can keep it up?
I would have put him in a cage with several of his largest meanest pitbulls for a day, and let fate decide.
There must have been a memo sent around with about 8 minutes left in the Eagles' game against the Giants. None of the NY defenders came within fifteen yards of Vick.
You got it. Sense of proportion. A kid breaks into a house at night in New Hampshire and hacks a sleeping mother to death and mutilates her daughter and he’s not “eligible” for the death penalty.
I was taken aback when he said that. I like Tucker but, that was one of the most moronic things I’ve ever heard him say. I hate what Vick did, it was disgusting and cruel. I think what Tucker said was even worse.
People are normally compassionate about animals. But when it’s forced and unnatural like with this comment by Tucker, it makes me wonder what the heck is going on.
I am aware that communists since Marx have strategized to use “protection” of animals as a way to perpetrate their worthless ideology.
All I really know about Tucker is he never quite seems right.
He did really say it. I was watching last night when he did. Stupid statement and some serious poor judgement.
Whohoo! 0bama publicly supported and elevated Vick before the big Tuesday game, where the Eagles were two touchdown favorites.
Unexpected, the Eagles lost, and the 0bama Jinx continues!!!!
I can’t wait foe future 0bama statements of support, so I can bet on the other team.
Till then, I hope 0bama changes and stops eating snowcones while watching ESPN 24/7
