He was right. I have never heard of lawsuits from playing NFL games in blizzard conditions.

The lawsuits would have come from the thousands of fans stranded or wrecked trying to get to or from a game that was played in blizzard conditions, not the game itself.

And the precedent for this is...?

How many people got wrecked, stranded, raped, maimed, etc. on the way to the famous Blizzard Bowl? Or about 70% of all games played in Green Bay in Winter and 40% or so of all games in Pittsburgh?

Even then, what would the legal theory be? Attractive Nuisance?
