Eric Holder sues school for Muslim who was refused Muslim pilgrimage leave. Attorney General Eric Holder, who refused to prosecute Black Panthers for voter intimidation and was actually connected to a company that was tied to a terrorist group, is using the might of the federal government to sue the Berkeley school district in the state of Illinois. The Chicago-area school district is a party in a lawsuit filed in Chicago federal court just this past Monday, and it’s all on behalf of a Muslim woman by the name of Safoorah Khan. It seems that Khan thought that McArthur Middle School had a duty to accommodate her demands to give her leave for three whole weeks in 2008 so she could attend the hajj. When the school refused her request, Khan became vindictive and somehow got Holder to sue for her.

Can Holder look any more lame and stupid?!! Islam is now the protected religion where anything goes for them but no one else. Three weeks is absurd. The disruption to the classroom and the students education is what is at hand. Take the pilgrimage during the summer or when you retire or resign. Just a thought.
Why would someone take a job (under contract) that has a clear leave policy, includes working only 9.5 months of the year (that means 2.5 months off each calendar year...hello), and then complain when you can’t just drop your responsibilities to TEACH for THREE WEEKS in the MIDDLE OF THE SCHOOL YEAR?
Oh - yeah.. teaching is not about the kids or their education and welfare, it is just an indoctrination program... so feel free to abandon your contracted duties for 3 weeks so you can go worship Satan for 3 weeks...
If the “O” administration is successful in this lawsuit - then what stops a Baptist from taking 3 or 4 weeks off to go on a mission trip in the middle of the school year? Or a Jewish teacher to take a week or two off to go to Israel for the week of Passover? Or a Mormon from taking a week or two to go play holy underwear games in one of the Mormon temples?
Uh - oh - then the Atheists will want their rights too... so I guess they will want the first week of April off in honor of their official holiday...

2. How close did you come to being trampled to death?

5. How did it feel to be in a crowd of Muslim men knowing they don't believe you have the same value to God?
6. How many terrorist plots did you hear discussed?
7. Was there any talk of stopping the terrorism against Israel?
8. Why motive would a Muslim have for moving to a country like the US where the culture, language and religion is so different from his own?
9. How many animals had there throats slit at this year's hajj compared to last year?
10. Did you get the full body pat-down at the airport?

Why is Holder involved? Shouldn’t this be an issue between Kahn and her teachers union regarding the contract they signed?
The AG does not have the right to intervene in individual cases. But this is no surprise - he seems ready to go to bat for anyone but the normal American.
