Election fraud in the 11th district of California gave Democrat the win
Examiner.com San Francisco ^ | 12/11/2010 | Joe Alfieri

In a very disturbing post by SFmom on the conservative web site Freerepublic.com, an email from Catharine Baker, an attorney who supervised the election count for the David Harmer campaign, writes of numerous irregularities in the recently decided election for the 11th Congressional District in California. Baker contends in an email from the Harmer campaign that on Election Day “several polling places experienced serious and persistent problems involving vote-by-mail ballots ("VBMs," or absentee ballots) delivered at the polls”; and that in post election counting of in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara counties problems continued with mismatched signatures, missing registration card signatures, and missing voter signatures on registration cards. Only in San Joaquin County, one of four covered by the 11th CD, was the post election counting trouble free. ... If Baker’s allegations are true, it seems my concerns were well placed, and this election may well have been stolen. Many questions arise as a result of Baker’s report. The first is: Why did Harmer concede, rather than challenge the results? The second and more important one: are the citizens of California going to continue to allow elections to be stolen? If not, what are they prepared to do about it?

Absent the necessary timely protests and court action, there is little or nothing that will change this outcome. Where the heck was the campaign?

Where the heck was the Repub. party. They sent observers (I was at the Alameda court house and saw them), but contributed only $30k to the campaign. Now they’re sitting on their duffs.

The thing I really dislike about vote by mail is it is a test. One mistake and you fail.

Actions that interfere with, and destabilize US elections, could evolve into criminal charges of collusion and conspiracy.

ACTION NOW
(A) Officials and insiders should be interrogated by the FBI to determine whether tax-exempt monies were used illegally WRT to interference with US elections.
(B) Groups should be asked to produce records on how they spent tax-exempt money.
(C) The IRS, SEC, FBI, Congress and the GAO can easily review the paper trail to determine whether falsified documents were submitted to govt agencies (a felony).

AIDING AND ABETTING Charges of being an accessory after the fact----aiding and abetting lawbreaking could also apply.

OTHER POSSIBLE CHARGES Criminal complaints might be lodged for fraud, conspiracy and concealment, and criminal civil rights violations. If there has already been the public admission that a possible felony was committed, it is also possible that other federal offenses have also been committed including but not limited to;

<><>Title 18 U.S.C. §1341,
<><> Mail Fraud, 18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to an Agent of the US Govt;
<><>18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by ERISA of 1974, including civil and RICO violations.
<><>18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act),
<><>18 U.S.C. §1341 (Mail Fraud),18 U.S.C. §1027 (ERISA Violations), and,
<><>18 U.S.C. §241 (Conspiracy Against Civil Rights).

A full investigation of a RICO conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted if (1) several persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise, (3) that engaged in or affected social and financial enterprises (elections), and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a pattern (6) of racketeering activity, and, (7) person(s) were injured in its enterprises and financial interests by reason of the pattern of racketeering activity.

Thus, a formal RICO investigation could be warranted b/c the alleged violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person (Harmer) in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

“Election fraud in the 11th district of California gave Democrat the win”

I think that is how the Dims win in EVERY district of the USSA.

With all of the fraud that occurred during the last “election”, I am really amazed that Americans did as well as we did.

Lots of “voting” under the cover of darkness going on these days. And then there are those mysterious “provisional” ballots that no one has any clue about. “Just some guy came in and said he wanted to vote.” I’m very suspicious about the results from AZ-7 and AZ-8.

Voter fraud appears to have given Franken the win in Minnesota but the Governemtn doesn't seem to care enough about honest elections to correct the error.

Yes and Harry Reid wins by 10 points on election day, but the day before he’s 5 points behind in polls. The silence is palpable. Lost all hope for Nevada.

Costs money to do a recount and when the verifications are being done by SEIU members - really hard to get a fair shake. Did you contribute to the campaign? Did you volunteer? Where were you?

If there was rampant fraud and violations of the election law going on under the noses of the observers, why didn’t they scream to high heaven and get it stopped right then and there? That surely worked for the intrepid FReepers in South Florida in 2000 (oh, if only I knew about FR back then!).

Excellent Questions! I was there and worked as much and as often as I could. We put up a great fight, but it is difficult when the unions are used as the signature checkers. We also did not have the unions to go door to door on election day collecting absentee ballots and turning them in illegally. I know Catharine Baker (who wrote the e-mail) and she is wonderful and is of the highest integrity. Observers tried and tried to protest signatures but the Registrars would not allow it. Totally rigged.
