If this is true, the statute of limitations has never ended, thus in turn he can be arrested by the Chicago Police and turned over to the FBI and CIA.
He is a terrorist and has always been a terrorist and he needs to understand that Wikileaks has broken many laws of the land espionage, Patriot Act. So thanks Bill Ayers for showing you truly are an unrepentant terrorist and need to spend the rest your life in jail. Forget the trial, just send him to Guatanomo to await a military trial.

Bill Ayers was a member of a Pro-Communist, Pro-North Vietnamese military organization that conspired to riot in American streets, conspired to kill law enforcement agents, and committed an attack on the Pentagon building.
That's all treason in war time in support of America's enemy.
On 9-11-2001 an interview with Mr. Ayers ran in the NYTimes that suggested he would return to his terrorist tactics if the need ever arose.

Bill Ayers has always been upfront about what he believes, and he’s never wavered in 40+ years in those beliefs. IMO, the real issue is with the slimy liberals who have tried to convince everyone that Ayers is mainstream, and hobnobbed with him at cocktail parties and political events. Ayers and his psycho-terrorist wife have never been part of the mainstream, and it says a lot about liberals that they are prepared to accept them as such.

Wikileaks published classified information, as the New York Times have been doing for years. Bill Ayers killed people in his effort to create a communist revolution. The two are not comparible. Not exactly comparable crimes.
