As to your question about my health, I am doing good and having a terrific pain week so far. This evening I will be going downtown to watch a friend get sworn in as the newest member of the Chico City Council.

It will be nice to have a conservative on the council. He will be outnumbered 6 to one, but getting him in there is a start for this enclave of liberalism in Northern Ca.

Go figure, we have Walley Herger as our US Representative that carries a 99% conservative rating for his record, yet Chico is as far left as you can get at times. It has all to do with Chico State university, thus my nickname for the town, “Berkley of the North”.

Any way I will be attending the swearing in and the first day of city business. If my health holds up, I’ll try and write something up with a video to accompany it.
