Legalized abortion is the second warning light, the sign of serious danger. Call it strike two. Infanticide and euthanasia are the flashing twin lights of imminent, self-imposed catastrophe. Call them strike three. They are all signs of the failure of Christians to be the salt and light needed to preserve society. In such things surely Catholic and Protestant are agreed and can, with their voices both collectively and with their individual adherents, speak to threat without the need of attacking each other for their doctrinal.
