At long last. A copy of the Hawaii Department of Health seal has been disclosed by the department directly. And it’s a doozy.
A records request made under the Uniform Information Practices Act (UIPA), Hawaii’s Open Records law, for a black and white copy of the Hawaii Department of Health’s (HDOH) departmental seal as described as “Exhibit A” in their agency administrative rules has yielded disclosure of an electronic copy of the Department’s embossed seal. I have posted it for download and viewing at the end of this post.

Uh — if this somehow has to do with obama’s BC... then it may well mean nothing much... CAUSE over all these years an official Seal of a State my have changed several times... If you had an official archive copy of the Official Hawaii State Seal at the time of obama’s supposed birth there - then it might be important - otherwise - ????
The seal used by Hawaii is different from the seal on the Zero birth certificate furnished by factcheck.org??

No, what she is showing is the official seal fromt he DOH in Hawaii that has been in use since 1988 and has not changed.
Obama’s online COLB was reissued in 2007, which means it should have this same seal and does not, close but no cigar.

Miss Tickley has the whole explanation at a website called Obama’s Garden. Just read it at Citizen Wells where she has the link. The fake Obummer COLB does not have stars between the words on the phony seal, and the word “of” is in small case on the phony COLB, whereas it is in caps on the official seal. We all know by now anyway that Obummer AND his COLB is a fraud...but nice to get absolute confirmation.
Assuming too much - reissued - does not necessarily mean a Seal change... maybe a photocopy with a new issue date...
Hey - don’t get me wrong - I think obama is a fake - born in Kenya, Muslim in Indonesia, etc.
But don’t assume things... bureaucracy has a way of fooling us — bureaucrats - at the state level or federal level - do the Minimum ... so one does not know - ever what you get from a bureaucrat ...
