Inquiring minds are reading an intriguing and frightening article by Greg Hunter entitled, Foreclosure Bombshell. Mr. Hunter gives the best explanation (yours truly included) of the explosive problem surrounding foreclosures.
The issue centers around the note
namely its location and why that is so important: ...

I would like someone to explain to me how we’re supposed to break the MSM’s grip if we don’t support alternatives like bloggers and guerilla video makers. Magic?
You got a blog and you want it certified, forged on the anvil of truth? Post it here if you dare.
Not an anvil with the bloghaters, but a pool of molten steel that consumes all, good, bad or otherwise.
Not according to the rules of evidence in most states. None that I know of make provisions for intentionally destroying a contract. People lose out all the time because an agent acted improperly on their behalf. That's common law going back a long time.Pick your agents wisely.
Enjoyed the article. Welcome to Free Republic.
But you do have a right to have an agent act on your behalf. When that happens the agent may have to provide evidence of ownership by whom he acts as an agent for, and evidence of agency. The injury part is correct.
Sorry guys.

I am. Some folks here though apparently prefer to read Maureen Dowd.
‘If you make a post that links to a personal blog does it appear in the “Main” FR page?’
The default setting on the ‘latest posts’ (or articles) page is ‘All Forums’. You can select one forum, but in the next session it resets to ‘all forums’.
Da Rules have been invoked. ;o)
I suppose you're also the kind of mouse who needs somebody to tell you it's rude to keep picking your nose at the salad bar? If you stick around here and grow up a little you may learn some basic etiquette. I am not counting on any of that. Have a nice life.
Re-read your first post to me. A little introspection is a good thing.
Jeez. I never said it was. I said Mods sometimes take a dim view of blog pimping. Thats nothing other than true.
Sheesh, who peed in your cornflakes today anyway?
Reread your own first post on this thread where you - registered two months ago - lecture everybody, “Make up your minds people.” Maybe I was grumpy, but that rubbed me the wrong way.
You wouldn’t know this but just a few years ago threads that linked to blogs were not acceptable on Free Republic and were immediately removed. There is now a special section for blogs, and I suspect that it was added to the forum because the mods were wasting so much time ferreting out blog pimp threads.
Savvy forum users and web surfers understand that clicking on an unknown site (e.g., somebody’s blog) can result in malware, spyware, pop-up loops, etc., but there are a whole lot of people who simply are not savvy. Heck, a lot of “mainstream” sites result in that stuff. There was a time about six years ago when Drudge’s site was unbearable if you didn’t have good AV and pop-up blockers.
Anyway, Free Republic is a news forum where members have an opportunity to read news reports and yes, “mainstream” opinion pieces - often excerpted and needing a link due to publishers’ copyright complaints - - and then commenting. Blogs do not need to be excerpted and linked because bloggers do not file copyright complaints. How hard is it to copy and paste the entire blog column at the time a thread is posted? Three seconds? What is the point in posting a thread here, the purpose of which is to unecessarily try to take readers to another site?

The ones on FR that hate blogers are the disruptor's.
I don't hate bloggers. I do hate liars. Blogging does not equal lying, but there are enough lying bloggers out there to give the others a bad name.
The ones that complain and harass blogers for "blogpimping" cannot get over the fact that almost all those type of posts are COMPLETLY within FRs rules.
There are good blogs and there are blog whores. The blog whores seem to have worked out a fine system, "You pimp me, I'll pimp you."
They pimp one another all over the net, not just FR. However, one in particular, has worked out a good pimp system even after being banned by FR. I have seen the same slimy website pimped by the same person at least 5 times on one thread. [For clarification, I am not saying anyone & everyone linking is a blog pimp. I am talking about a finite number of posters who manage to get the pimp ball rolling.]
I am not the blog safety patrol. I try to keep an eye out for scammers and con artists who use FR for purely selfish reasons and think nothing of misrepresenting the truth.
My point is be skeptical, confirm what is presented as fact and if it is a misrepresentation of the truth (ie a lie) call them on it.
rant over. I am getting off of my soapbox for a while. :-)
