The Daily Kos pollster finds her in the lead in Montana.
Palin 23%
Huckabee 22%
Gingrich 16%
Romney 12%
Paul 9%
Pawlenty 3%
Thune 3%
Daniels 2%
This poll is further evidence that Mitt Romney has absolutely fallen apart. In 2008, Romney won Montana by a 38-25 margin over Ron Paul. Today, he's running far behind Governor Palin despite the fact that Montana's Republican electorate is comprised of a large percentage of Mormons.

Dr. Sivana :
"He might be someone to put in a nice cabinet post that doesn't get near babies, guns or (directly to) money.
Maybe transportation..." Seamus would agree.
"But the details of the event are more than unseemly - they may, in fact, be illegal. Massachusetts's animal cruelty laws specifically prohibit anyone from carrying an animal "in or upon a vehicle, or otherwise, in an unnecessarily cruel or inhuman manner or in a way and manner which might endanger the animal carried thereon. "An officer for the Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals responded to a description of the situation saying "it's definitely something I'd want to check out." The officer, Nadia Branca, declined to give a definitive opinion on whether Romney broke the law but did note that it's against state law to have a dog in an open bed of a pick-up truck, and "if the dog was being carried in a way that endangers it, that would be illegal."
"Dog on Roof? What Was It Like for Romney's Pooch? - Scientists Say Dog Likely Experienced Wind-Whipped, Uncomfortable Trip - "Before beginning the drive, Mitt Romney put Seamus, the family's hulking Irish setter, in a dog carrier and attached it to the station wagon's roof rack. e'd built a windshield for the carrier, to make the ride more comfortable for the dog,".. Jordan Kaplan, the owner of Petaholics, a dog walking service in New York City, and a lifelong dog owner and dog lover, said Romney's actions were uncalled for"
"Romney's dog - This is a distinction Mitt Romney probably could do without, but he is surely the first presidential candidate to be attacked for putting a dog with diarrhea in a carrier and tying it to the top of a station wagon. Romney's defense: Seamus liked it. [like the citizens under Romney's RomneyCARE, etc.?] "
"As the oldest son, Tagg Romney commandeered the way-back of the wagon, keeping his eyes fixed out the rear window, where he glimpsed the first sign of trouble. ''Dad!'' he yelled. ''Gross!'' A brown liquid was dripping down the back window, payback from an Irish setter who'd been riding on the roof in the wind for hours. As the rest of the boys joined in the howls of disgust, Romney coolly pulled off the highway and into a service station. There, he borrowed a hose, washed down Seamus and the car, then hopped back onto the highway."
"Story about dog on car roof comes back to bite Romney - 200 comments from readers complaining of animal cruelty"
Romney's bad behavior Exposed by Seamus "Romney Loses Nomination Over Dog Abuse? - Romney was traveling that summer with his wife, five sons, and Seamus to his parent's cottage on Lake Huron. But hours into the ride, Seamus apparently suffered diarrhea, which ran down the back window of the car. .David Kravitz wrote on BlueMassGroup, a liberal blog. "It also strikes me as classic Romney: it solves a problem efficiently, in a business-like manner, and with no regard whatsoever for the suffering that the solution may cause." |

I’d say Thune isn’t doing too well at 3%—from a border state!

I think iti s a bunch of things. Jealous that she is pretty, jealous her husband is handsome, jealous that she appears to have it together, prefer a male leader, unsure because she is demonized by lib women on Tv and ALL of TV.
TV treats lib women politicians like saints and conservatives like they are devils. TV is s*** - ALL of it.

Mitt is toast in New Hampshire. The state has radically moved to Tea Party conservativism. They are not touching a washed up ‘I can do Socialism Better’ hack. He won’t carry Mass, his name is Mud here, nor Maine. I doubt Vermont either.
My prediction. Mitt doesn’t run. His second Blond Harvard clone, Meg Whitman failed, as did his first Harvard Blond, Muffy Healey for Mass Governor. Scott Brown did OK by not being seen with Mitt, that’s how toxic he is.

Yes, his organization has stayed active since 2008.
It’s a network of evangelical Christians, and they backed candidates in 2010 for state offices, with mixed results.
Actually their work to get three Iowa Supreme Court judges removed was a real positive (they had overturned our Defense of Marriage act and that led to an onslaught of gay marriages...in IOWA!)
They want a preacher, not a president. (one year they backed Pat Robertson) and they LOVE Huckabee.

No doubt...but millions of women in this country have aborted their babies, and I am convinced that Trig is a clear reminder of what they have done; and the guilt is eating them alive. Ergo; they lash out at Sarah.

Hilarious. He really put his dog on the roof of his car? What a tool.
Putin would not do that to his dog. Putin would put the wife on the roof or would ride up there before he would put Koni the black Lab up there. Putin may be a bad guy but he loves that dog.
Putin would put Romney on the roof.

"Pawlenty is the only viable candidate....I will wager every Freeper that Palin will be defeated if she runs against Obama."Whoa Nelly. So, if Sarah decides to run, (which I doubt seriously) then wins the Republican nomination in the primaries, that the GOP is doomed because they haven't picked Pawlenty?

Pawlenty is the only viable candidate.
Pawlenty is John McCain Jr. The Republicans are assured of a resounding loss in 2012 if they nominate him. He was one of the frontrunner's to be McCain's VP nominee, but would have been crushed as the ticket would have lost all support of the conservative base at that point.
To: who knows what evil?
Probably another major factor. Very sad.

Grow up? Are you kidding me? What is this, a grade school playground? Why are they using Daily KOS pollsters? It’s a simple request to not post that crap on FR.
Palin has enough going for her than for the need to use Daily KOS data.
Spare us all.

The sound everyone hears is Romney circling the bowl. Thanks for coming out Mitt (that’s not a comment about his sexuality either, but I wouldn’t be a bit surprised).

Look, if you don’t like it leave. You are not forced to be here in this thread, you are here voluntarily.
For Palin supporters this has some interest (going by the number of posts it has generated in a short time)...if not to you I am real sorry.
I posted it to get people’s reaction and to let them see some good news but I am not forcing you to see it, or to even comment on it.
In order to spare your sensibilities with anything you might find objectionable, in the future if you see a thread started by me...please do not click on it.
How would that be?

I like Sarah except for her backing swine McCain... I think to be fair, it would be more accurate to state that McCain supported her - by the act choosing her as his running mate.
In return she has simply and politely maintained her loyalty to a friend.
