Here’s a piece from Jennifer Rubin calling Obama out on the ignoramus that he is. Rubin hits hard with:
He displays contempt for Americans who don’t agree with his flawed policies, in effect instructing them to shut up. But his arrogance is both unwise (these people vote!) and undeserved. Had he not spent trillions on a flawed Keynesian economics, had he not botched the Middle East peace talks, had he not misread the mullahs, had he not mistaken appeasement for “reset” with Russia, and had he not hired ill-prepared senior advisers (who now must be cast off), his self-satisfaction might be warranted. But to put it bluntly, where does a garden-variety leftist with a track record as bad as his get off telling the voters that they lack adequate reasoning skills?
This is part of her rebuttal against all the Obama cultists who claim this man is an “intellectual”. Rubin calls him a snob.
We go a step further and call him out as the poster boy for Affirmative Action that he is.
If Obama had done well at Occidental, Columbia, and Harvard, he would have turned his college and law school transcripts into wallpaper so his cultists could wallpaper their mothers’ basements with them. There, they’d eat their Hot Pockets, wearing their faded, ill-fitting (too many Hot Pockets!) HOPE! tee shirts and gaze up in wonder at all the A’s and maybe one or two B’s Obama received…if those were really his grades.
We remember the 2000 campaign where Al Gore released his college records in an effort to prove he was smarter than George W. Bush, a Harvard MBA. Bush then released his transcripts…and he not only had a higher GPA than Gore, but took harder classes too. Instead of Underwater Basket Weaving and Intermediate Farting, Bush took, you know, FINANCE courses and BUSINESS classes. Oh, yah, and he also learned how to fly airplanes in the Reserves.
Obama was a C or D student in college who was passed and promoted aggressively because he was a smiling, biracial, man with a weird name who more likely than not played up on his Muslim upbringing in Indonesia in all of his college admissions essays and other course work. That’s the sort of thing Columbia and Harvard JUST LOVE…so we can’t imagine he ever hid any of that. It’s what made him interesting to the academic elite…this little brown boy raised in the jungles of the Pacific, mentored by Frank Marshall, with that Kenyan last name.
They just ate that stuff up.
There’s a reason Obama won’t release those transcripts…or any of the other dozens of documents he spends millions of dollars concealing. Historians will eventually find them all, and one day in the future when all of us are long dead future Americans will have a better, if not ever fully accurate, picture of who the 44th President of the United States was.
We bet this “intellectual” will, in the end, ultimately be proved to be that C or D student we suspect, among other things he’s done such a good job hiding.
Students author articles for the WV Law Review. There is typically one issue every year that provides a forum for student research.
But he reads real good. I’ve seen him read aloud, in front of people and everything. Some say he’s even clean.
Somehow I think this option is not as easy as it seems.
He must have gotten some A's at Harvard Law to get honors, and while he may well have been a C-student at Columbia. It's the overreaching -- "all C's and D's" -- that makes one suspicious. Surely in one class or another he must have pulled down a B. Not even at Occidental?
BTW—he was editor in chief of the Harvard Law Review and never wrote a single article for it.

With all the googling, it's surprising that article slipped from memory. But it's an iffy thing: either his people were lying when they said he didn't write any articles or lying when they hinted that he did.
Somebody who has time on their hands might check out the case note and other anonymous articles from his time on the review for signs of authorship or stylistic confirmation that he wrote nothing.
It's almost like they have one standard for people they like - and a different standard for people they don't like... Would it be called biased? A double standard? Maybe unfair, prejudiced, angled, or slanted? Uneven... cruel - childish - something like that...

I seem to recall that law schools only give Pass/Fail grades, not letter grades.

The data released by WikiLeaks would never have surfaced if only it had been kept as secure as his high school, college and other personal documents. He would likely be ashamed to produce evidence of his averageness or less than averageness, given his narcissistic arrogance.
Due to democrat ineptitude at the non-vetting of this candidate, it has cost democrats politically, ethically and respect of the international community. Dems will go down in flames with him rather than abandon him; the damage he's done to the nation so far and yet to come notwithstanding. With the WikiLeaks info, Americans can see the scale of money wastage by this administration to be on a scale that is unsurpassed.
There was NEVER any intent by Obama to prop up businesses and industries for jobs of any substantial number for the unemployed. All along they played the game to blame Republicans for denying more and even more unemployment benefits, while democrats were rewarding GE, CEOs, union pension plans, foreign banks and even McDonald's with unequaled bonanzas of American dollars. My dad, rest his soul, would have called them shysters.

The rules were changed for the Law Review when Obama was there (to help minority students, not him personally). (I’m surprised you didn’t know this.) A number of slots were reserved, not filled on the basis of grades, and these slots were filled by voting by students.
There is very good evidence that Obama has always been very charismatic. At U. of Chicago, where he lectured as a Fellow, his classes often ended in applause. Yet, he did not write a single law review article while at U. of Chicago, as would be expected of a fellow, and missed several deadlines in delivering the manuscript of his stream of conscious autobiography. I think he himself has acknowledged his gift. I think it is pretty clear, at this point, that he followed the strategy of “fake it ‘till you make it,” using his charisma to great advantage.
How would high grades factor in if the Pres. is elected to the Law Review? Just curious.....
