There’s some evidence that various governmental bodies around the world are hiding some quake info . . .
Anyway—the bloke starting this thread at ATS is trying to ferret that out . . .
This is probably the best quake thread I know of:

Does anyone on the END TIMES LIST RECALL . . .
I have either a faint memory trace or a fantasy that a big Alaska quake was supposed to be a precursor for a bunch of other calamity . . . Am I confabulating things or was there such a prophetic vistion/dream etc?

Q - this is a bogus quake. I’ve looked at a lot of seismographs around the region - nothing resembling a 7.9 quake - zero, nada, zip. I see some associated with a 6 range one near australia. I’ve looked at most of the available ones in alaska and the alutian islands - nothing of the magnitude of 7.9. This is a bogus quake.

Remember this one?
The 1964 Alaska earthquake, known also as the Great Alaskan Earthquake, began at 5:36 P.M. AST on Friday, March 27, 1964. Across south-central Alaska, ground fissures, collapsing buildings, and tsunamis directly caused about 131 deaths. This Alaskan megathrust earthquake is known commonly as The Good Friday Earthquake because it happened on Good Friday of that year.
Lasting nearly five minutes, it was the most powerful recorded earthquake in U.S. and North American history, and the second most powerful ever measured by seismograph. It had a magnitude of 9.2, at the time making it the second largest earthquake in the recorded history of the world.

Thanks for the ping. So much to catch up on! :)
I vaguely remember something about an Alaska quake, but not enough to even give you a good direction to look in... I’ll definitely post/ping you if I remember though!
