I’m sure you’re right. All we need is evidence, although in Bob Dornan’s race even evidence wasn’t enough to overturn the results.

California is proof that voter fraud works. California is proof that the Electoral College works to contain voter fraud to individual states.
Can you imagine that damage that would be done if ALL of California's votes counted towards the national popular vote count without an Electoral College?
