This is a great example of what the left and the elitists are trying to do. That is, to tell a lie or innuendo enough times, and even her supporters start to believe it.
Sara Palin NEVER said that. It was Tina Fey in a Saturday Night Live parody of Palin. Yet, even you, who I imagine is a good conservative, believes it. Be careful, very careful. Their lies are poison.

She didn't say it, Tina Fey said it. What Sarah said was, "They're our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska."
