Does Haley Barbour support The Law of the Seas Treaty or Cap and Trade? Does he believe in Climate Change?

indylindy I can’t find anything one way or another on Barbour’s position on The Law of the Sea Treaty.

As for climate change I know he’s been opposed to legislation on climate change so I assume (for whatever that’s worth) that he doesn’t buy it.
