Well-l-l-l,... that video clip had already gone "viral" and the hits on YouTube were screaming upward as word spread across the internet. It's been one of the "most-viewed" videos since right after it went up, with a number of viewings up around 300,000 in only a day. I sincerely doubt that count is due to The DC's posting of the video. So my conclusion would be that The DC used the video, not the other way around.

No big deal either way, I'm only commenting on the probabilities.

And in any case, I appreciate your posting the link on FR, since I myself might not have heard about it yesterday otherwise.

Not to put too fine a point on it, or beat a dead horse depending on your point of view, but I would not have seen it (and assume many others wouldn't either) because I don't normally go directly to youtube for news, or blogging for that matter. IMO, youtube is just a pipe for uploading content, and I visit when directed by some other site or when it's embedded, as in this case with The DC.

Also, the video appears to be "activism" since it was a political protest against the TSA.
